Want to make a change to our Club Rules?

Resolutions, New Rules, Amendments and Alterations

If any member would like to propose any changes to the rules that govern Banbury Sailing Club, that person needs to submit "details of any resolution, alteration or addition to the Rules proposed by a member shall be given to the Secretary in writing before the 1st December if the same is to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting or at least one month before any General Meeting. Full particulars of the proposed resolution, alteration or addition to the Rules shall be set out in the notice convening the meeting."

It sounds rather formal but what this means is any member who wants to propose changes to the Club rules for the coming year must send details to the General Committee by 1st December 2017.
