Boat Policy Any boat is admissible provided it complies with all the following parameters:
A sailing dinghy or windsurf board.
Overall length, excluding asymmetric pole, shall not exceed 4.4m.
A rigid mono-hull design with a centre/dagger board. No ballast boats or inflatable designs will be admitted.
It shall have a Portsmouth Yardstick, taken from the RYA Primary Yardstick, Secondary Yardstick or Recorded Numbers' lists of not less than 1000. Boat classes with PYN of less than 1024 shall only be admitted with the permission of the General Committee.
A one or two-person boat.
Identified by a unique large sail number or similar identification.
Launched and recovered using existing club facilities.
