Banbury Sailing Club is currently open for all members to:

  1. Sail your own boat at any time
  2. Attend a coached sailing session - sessions are available for both adult and youth sailors (see the website for details)
  3. Attend a Training Course (check the website regularly, new courses will be added soon)
  4. Organise informal racing amongst a small group
  5. Take part in Sunday Racing
  6. Use the balcony and benches - note these are not cleaned, so usage is at your own risk

Participation relies on all members following any Government Guidelines in effect at the time

Members can also do the following, subject to cleaning protocols (in addition to any government guidelines) so please check these here:

  1. Use the designated Club Safety Boat (Chunky - orange)
  2. Use the winch to launch your boat
  3. Use the a club lawnmower (accessed from Chunky store)
  4. Use a Club Sailing Boat
  5. Use the Disabled Toilet

Information regarding container keys can be found on the member's portal.  Please do not access the clubhouse for anything but emergencies and use of the Disabled Toilet.  The clubhouse can not be used for changing, showers or any catering.  Please be self sufficient when coming to sail and take home any rubbish with you.

Unless specifically mentioned, all other club equipment remains out of bounds for the time being.

Please help us by following the rules outlined - we have seen evidence that some members have been using areas of the clubhouse and equipment that are currently off limits.

Thank You
