Work Party Review and Pontoon Launching Party 27th February

Around 65 members turned up to the work party, despite the strong winds and undertook a long list of jobs including finishing the fitting of the balustrades to the decking area, tree cropping, road laying and of course pontoon building.

We got a long way with all the jobs, but the pontoon building took longer than anticipated. The upshot is that the new pontoons were not launched and we need volunteers for Saturday 27th to launch the pontoons. Also if anyone has time during the week, then it would speed up the process to fit some of the joining plates onto the new pontoons ahead of Saturday

We can not launch the pontoons unless we have around 20 people on site to manouver them, so if you can help, please volunteer for aduty on the pontoon launching, so we know we will have enough people.
