First Friday Social BBQ of the Year

Every Friday evening, we hold an informal coaching and sailing session at the Club.  It's open to all members, ages and abilities.  On the third Friday of the month we run a bbq alongside - and we hosted our first one of the season on Friday 17th May.

The wind was definitely not on our side with an almost complete no show.  That did not put off all of our members, however, and we had paddle boards, kayaks and an oppie out.  The bbq was ready from about 7.45 - and seemingly enjoyed by everyone as there was very little left! It was a lovely evening and a great opportunity to catch up with other members and have a drink or two from the bar whilst enjoying the sunset as well.

Our next one is on Friday 21st June - so do book in if you are around.  You need to go to the Calendar on the website and book from there: you do need to be a member and logged in.

The bbq is always available for member's use at the Club - you just have to bring and cook your own!
