RYA Club Satisfaction Survey

Banbury Sailing Club is participating in the Annual RYA Club Member Satisfaction Survey this year.  This is a survey covering members of all RYA affiliated clubs and will give the RYA a good view on where the sport we love is flourishing and where the sport needs more support.

As a club, we would like to understand our memberships needs better and the RYA survey will also tell us (in anonymised, aggregated form) how our members have responded and how our club compares to other similar clubs.

We hope you will see the benefit of the club participating in the survey and therefore agree to undertake the survey.  The more people who complete the survey, the more robust the results will be.

In order to take part (and in line with our data policy) you will need to give us your permission to share your e-mail address with the RYA in order for them to send you the survey.

Your permission only allows the RYA (and agents acting on their behalf) to use your details for this purpose only, i.e you won't get put on any other mailing list or receive anything other than mailings relating to this survey.  We have received documentation from the RYA to confirm this.

You are under no complusion to take part, but if you see the benefits of taking part, then we would ask you to follow the simple steps below to opt in for the survey:

1/ Log into your portal page on the BSC website (click here) using your e-mail address and password, if you've forgotten your password, then click the forgot password link

2/ Go to "Mailing Lists" in the menu on the right of the page.

3/ Click on the "2019 RYA Survey" list - click Update and you're Done!  Whilst you're there, you can see what else you might like to hear about from us.

Our deadline to receive your permission is 30th April 2019.  Anyone opted in on this date, will have their e-mail address sent to the RYA as a willing participant.

If you do not give us permission by opting into this mailing group, we will not share your e-mail address with the RYA.
