Assistant Instructor Course AI Day 1

The two AI days work through the RYA Method - this is the well developed method for teaching beginners how to sail and focusses on RYA Level 1&2 and youth RYA Stage 1&2. It covers tacking, upwind sailing, gybing, downwind sailing,  the five essentials and capsize drill. It will teach trainees how we instruct these points and most attendees do find they refine their own sailing skills at the same time.
